Police appeal for witnesses to fatal accident

Police say it's too early to say what caused a fatal accident on the Mountain Road this morning (Fri)
A 22 year old local man lost his life when the Citroen Berlingo van he was driving towards Ramsey collided with a Ford Transit van heading in the opposite direction. The second driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries
The incident happened at 7.50am close to the Mountain Box
The Mountain Road was closed until lunchtime while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Inspector Derek Flint says they would still like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the accident
