Minister insists prom work will continue, despite delay

The infrastructure minister is insisting work on Douglas promenade will go ahead, despite a delay to the continuation of it.
The DoI has announced it has been put on hold until probably around autumn next year.
Minister Phil Gawne says feedback from the public consultation needs to be considered, and there is more to discuss with local councillors:
