Appeal for witnesses to dispute

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident that occurred on Market Street in Douglas at around 1.45 pm on Saturday 20th December 2014 with regards to a  dispute between a male and a female couple.
 
We have already spoken with some people regarding the incident; however, we especially want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident involving a pedestrian and a car. Anybody that may have witnessed the incident or has any information is asked to contact PC 109 Woods at Lord Street Police Station or any other Police Officer.
