Sportsman due to be sentenced

by isleofman.com 30th December 2014
A Douglas man convicted of provoking behaviour after admitting to a problem with voyeurism is due in court today (Tuesday).
Vinny Lynch, 53, a former winner of the Parish Walk, has pleaded guilty to committing a sexual act in his front window in September, in view of a neighbour who then complained to police.
During his last court appearance, Lynch’s advocate asked for reports to be compiled before sentencing, describing the situation as a very ‘sad set of circumstances’.
