Seals under threat do not live off Isle of Man!

by isleofman.com 5th January 2015
An on-line newspaper has been forced into a correction after it reported a large number of seal pups living in Manx waters were dying from food poisoning.
Marine biologists based at Swansea University's College of Medicine said the poisoning was caused by a campylobacter bacterial infection, caused by raw human sewage.
Manx Radio was among the media that also featured the story this morning (Monday).
However, it’s now emerged the International Business Times story should have said the Isle of May off Scotland!
The organisation has now corrected the story.
