Skelly calls for patience with economy

The economic development minister says he can understand people's frustrations with the economy.
Laurence Skelly was speaking as he delivered an optimistic forecast for the Island's financial fortunes for 2015, saying prospects for the Manx economy were good, with growth of around three per cent and falling unemployment predicted.
He says it may take some time for that growth to be experienced tangibly by the public, though:Clip 1
