Douglas Council supports DHSC draft Tobacco Bill

Douglas Borough Council will support a draft Public Health Tobacco Bill from the Department of Health and Social Care.
The bill would ban tobacco displays in shops, selling tobacco from vending machines, and restrict adverts.
The Executive Committee voted to support the move.
But the decision was not unanimous, as David Ashford requested his vote against the resolution to be recorded:Clip 1
