Police inquiries continue into burglary where female was allegedly assaulted

As part of the ongoing burglary investigation, Police are aware that there have been discussions on a Facebook group in relation to a female that had been assaulted in her flat.  Contact has been made with this person and the investigation is now underway.

The female has confirmed that no knife was used in the incident and she wasn’t stabbed, although she has sustained injuries.
 
The Isle of Man Constabulary remind any victim of crime to report the matter to the Police as soon as possible.
