Callow's Yard owner bids to get planning ruling overturned

by isleofman.com 16th January 2015
The owner of Callow’s Yard has lodged a petition of doleance to get a planning decision for the Castletown complex overturned.

In November, proposals to convert unused commercial premises into residential accommodation at the site were refused amid concerns over a lack of car parking.

The decision reversed that of an independent inspector who recommended the application be approved.

Roy Tilleard has now served a judicial review and is encouraged that three opponents of the plans are no longer continuing to object.Clip 1
