School crossing patrols to be contracted out?

by isleofman.com 16th January 2015
The government may be considering privatising school crossing patrols.

The Treasury is asking for expressions of interest in running the service along with cycling proficiency training.

In its advert, it says the government’s only exploring options at this stage – and there’s no definite commitment to outsourcing the services.

Anybody interested has until next Friday to contact the Treasury's procurement services.
