Douglas incident 'resolved'

Police say a domestic incident where serious threats were issued has now been resolved.

Officers closed Douglas Head Road at around 7pm between South Quay and Fort Anne Road.

The incident, on Taubmann Terrace, saw a huge police presence including armed officers.

They spent some hours negotiating with a man inside a property.

The incident has now been resolved and one man arrested.
