Eastern plan questions for Tynwald

Whatever happened to the Island’s Eastern Plan?
That’s what Onchan MHK David Quirk wants to find out – and he’ll quiz Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne on the issue in Tynwald this week.
Mr Quirk will ask the minister for a statement about the plan, and when the blueprint for development finally be introduced.
He says it’s something that was a major issue at one time but seems to have disappeared from view:
