Callow's Yard owner speaks out

It would seem the long-running Callow’s Yard dispute has just got personal.

Owner Roy Tilleard has confirmed to Manx Radio he has served a judicial review –lodged a petition of doleance - against the decision to turn down plans to convert some unused commercial premises into residential accommodation at the Castletown complex.

But that is only the start after it emerged Mr Tilleard is questioning the governance of the town commissioners.
