The planned closure of Ramsey coast road scheduled for this weekend has been postponed due to the poor weather forecast.
It was to have been closed to all traffic to allow new railway lines to be installed at Ballure crossing.
But the Department of Infrastructure says due to the predicted gale force winds and wintery showers the work has now been re-scheduled for next weekend (7-8th)
