Kirk Michael Dip raising funds for Hospice Isle of Man

by isleofman.com 3rd February 2015

Pictured are the group of brave people that took part in the 4th annual Kirk Michael New Year’s Day Dip. The dip is organised by Matt Callister and involved some 26 people braving the horrendous sand storm, gale force winds and rough seas to raise funds for Hospice Isle of Man. Their endeavours raised ?60.

The dippers would like to thank Sarah Bassett from the Mitre Hotel for supplying hot drinks, snacks, a nice warm fire and everyone who came down and dipped or watched and made a donation. This is the fourth year the dippers have raised funds for Hospice raising over ?350 to date.

Hospice would like to thank the dippers for braving the sea for their charity.
