Lack of insurance the reason behind Mount Murray closure

The Mount Murray Hotel says its insurance settlement isn't large enough to repair the damage caused by a fire 14 months ago.
The four-star hotel recently announced it would close on Friday this week as a result, after more than 20 years of trading.
It's taken more than a year to reach a settlement with the company's insurers, American group Travelers.
But Commercial Insurance Manager John Faragher from Kestrel Insurance says there are many reasons why Mount Murray might have found itself in this situation:Clip 1
