Museum considering building replica Peggy

by isleofman.com 3rd February 2015
Manx National Heritage are weighing up the possible benefits of building another "Peggy".
What's thought to be oldest British yacht in existence was removed from its home in the Nautical Museum in Castletown last week and taken to a specially purchased building near Douglas for urgent renovation work to be carried out.
This is expected to take around five years.
During this time options for exploiting the remarkable craft will be considered.
Matthew Richardson of MNH says that includes constructing a replica of Peggy
