Mobile phone use by motorists targeted again

The Department of Infrastructure is once again trying to educate people about the dangers of using their mobile phone while driving, and believes the number of those doing so is declining.
The thrust of the campaign it's launched this week is warning motorists of the fines they could face, and the possible consequences of their actions.
The signs are being placed at what the DoI says are key sites - outside schools, for example.
