20 Year Record for Lettings Market

by isleofman.com 6th February 2015

The team at Black Grace Cowley is celebrating this month after their January 2015 lettings figures broke the firm’s 20 year record.

The lettings team’s January income was up a massive 43% percent over Black Grace Cowley’s monthly average, giving sure indication that customer confidence in the economic recovery is translating to the property market.

The record breaking month follows a series of successes for the estate agents. November 2014 saw an 18 percent increase in stock and agreed sales over the same period in 2013, prompting an open evening and the launch of the company’s new charity programme, which aims to raise a total of ?20,000 for local charities over the next 3 years.

Commenting on the result, Director Tim Groves said: “Simply put, we are immensely proud of the lettings team at Black Grace Cowley and all they have achieved this month. It took a massive effort to achieve these figures and the team showed great commitment and enthusiasm. We have a policy here of bringing property back to basics and going the extra mile for our clients, and such clear results will only push us further as we look for more properties help move. I would like to offer a huge congratulations to the team and we look forward to a successful 2015!”
