2012 BBC Young Musician of the Year, Laura Vande Heijden - who appeared at last night's BAFTAs ceremony - will not be in the Island today (Monday).
She was due to host a Chamber music course at St Ninian's Lower School at Bemahague over the next two days and be a guest of the Ramsey Music Society this evening.
Instead, the recital in the Ramsey Grammar School west building at 7.45pm will be by Tom Poster, the pianist in the film The Theory of Everything.
The music course is going ahead as normal.
