by isleofman.com 13th February 2015
The man leading a group which hopes to take over Ramsey’s crown post office says he’s very optimistic it can be save after being given an extra month to prepare its bid.
Chairman of Ramsey Commissioners Nigel Malpass is heading the Ramsey Postal Co-operative, which has been given until the end of March to come up with a viable business plan as an alternative to relocating services to a nearby Spar shop.
On Saturday, the group will meet in Ramsey to consider uses for the building before submitting proposals to Isle of Man Post Office.
Captain Malpass says coming up with a business plan in six weeks is a tough task – but he’s optimistic:Clip 1
