Could early exposure prevent a nut allergy?

The best way to prevent a peanut allergy could be eating them early on in life.

That's according to researchers from King's College London, who found "striking and compelling" evidence to support this in a trial of more than 500 babies.

But for the Isle of Man Allergy and Anaphylaxis Support Group, it's considerably more complicated than that.
