Has answer been found to Peel silt problem?

Infrastructure chiefs say they’re confident a solution to the problem of silt in Peel harbour has been found.
The commodore of Peel Yacht Club this week told Manx Radio it's cut down significantly the number of berths available in the harbour.
The department will be dredging it and plans to put the polluted silt on land.
Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne won't be drawn on where that might be, but he says it does seem to be an answer:Clip 1
