Viking Office Systems have recently returned from Hollywood, Los Angeles as proud winners of one of the global Electronic Document Management industry’s most coveted accolades, the Laserfiche Winners Circle Award.
Service Director Dave Ball and Client Manager Jen Turner were presented with the award at the Laserfiche Empower 2015 ceremony on January 16th, which this year was attended by over 2,500 delegates from 26 countries. Viking Office Systems were one of just 53 Laserfiche suppliers recognised this year, ranking the locally owned company well within the top 10% of a global network of over 1200 Laserfiche Resellers, and granting them access to an exclusive ceremony in Hollywood days later.
The Winners Circle award is the highest rated in the industry and is offered to an elite group of Laserfiche value added resellers which have demonstrated a commitment to providing an exceptional service, successful installations and strong sales within their market. The accolade is offered each year to a select few organisations which have consistently distinguished themselves and recognises excellence in all aspects of their role as Laserfiche brand ambassadors. 2015 marks the seventh year that Viking Office Systems have been recognised in this manner, and the second year that the company has enjoyed year on year growth. Indeed, this year Viking is also celebrating a 206% increase in sales over 2014.
Used by over 5 million users at 34,000 companies worldwide, Laserfiche is a digital archiving and document management system designed to be quick to implement, work seamlessly across different platforms and devices, including mobile and tablet, and have a gentle learning curve to effortlessly and quickly increase productivity. Often starting from a blank canvas, its solutions are essential to today’s office workflow, saving businesses time and resource, particularly during periods of growth and flux. Its solutions are quickly customisable and scalable, enabling particular application within the Isle of Man’s business environment.
The Laserfiche Winner’s Circle Award follows a series of successful months for Viking, which in November 2014 was also recognised as a Gold Customer Service Certified Partner by multinational imaging and office electronics manufacturer, Ricoh. Also awarded to only a select few outstanding suppliers, Gold certification grants Viking privileged access to a higher level of manufacturer support for their clients and recognises Viking’s consistent excellence in a range of disciplines.
Over the course of 2014, Viking technicians underwent a series of extensive training courses both online and in the UK, while the company as a whole was intensively audited for the quality of its logging and handling systems, call escalation processes, customer satisfaction surveys, reliability and output quality, response times and improvement culture. Viking is now one of just a handful of Gold certified suppliers in the UK and Europe and the only certified partner on the Isle of Man. Five of its Ricoh certified hardware technicians, from senior level to administrative, continue to undergo regular product training and assessments to maintain its celebrated Gold standard.
Commenting on the awards, Service Director Dave Ball said: “Viking has a long established partnership with Laserfiche and we know their products and systems inside and out. Our dedicated Laserfiche team are experts on the product suites and systems available, ensuring our clients are fully supported and our service quality remains impeccable. Where we’ve really succeeded is in understanding Manx business. Companies in the local market have their own challenges, their own growth strategies and are subject to some of the world’s most sophisticated data security and customer protection standards. It is our commitment to understanding and meeting these particular requirements and empowering our clients that has allowed us to excel, and to do so within a global context. Coupled with our Gold certified status with Ricoh, the awards were a great way to recognise the achievements of the team here. We are all extremely proud and look forward to a rewarding 2015.”
