Handover of neonatal unit

by isleofman.com 9th March 2015
A brand new ward for critically ill babies has officially been handed over to the Department of Health today.
Health Minister Howard Quayle received the keys from contractors this afternoon, so state-of-the-art equipment can be installed in the new neonatal unit.
Mr Quayle hopes the ward will be ready to open in the next couple of weeks.
The facility at Noble's hospital will offer improved care for newborns who need it, in line with the latest British and European standards.
With nine cots due to be installed, Mr Quayle says it's the quality of the services provided, not the quantity, that's important: Clip 1
