Car ends up in garden

A road in Douglas was closed for three hours yesterday as police dealt with a car crash.

Two silver cars were involved, and Anagh Coar was shut from its junction with Bayr Cam to Stevenson Way shortly after 7pm.

One of the cars involved went through a garden and narrowly missed hitting a house.

Officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward: if you have any information you can contact police on 631212.
