Pictured is Paul Wright from Sweet Appeal. Paul has been organising Sweet Appeal on the Island raising funds for Hospice for a number of years and for the period February 2015 through to February 2016 has raised the amazing amount of ?4,925.40 for the local charity.
10p of every bag sold goes to Hospice Isle of Man. Currently Paul has 100 boxes out and around the island. Should you wish to support your local hospice please email him on paulsnacks@manx.net or ring 07624 219763 and he will deliver a lovely boxes of sweets and savory snacks to your work place. All items are ?1 each.
Event Manager for Hospice Sharon Connor thanked Paul for his ongoing support of the charity and to everyone that has purchased some of the snacks. She added: “this is an incredible amount in one year and equates to nearly three weeks of care in our in-patient unit.”
