Silt levels cause Steam Packet delays

Sailings postponed this evening

Increased levels of silt caused by recent adverse weather are expected to affect some sailings this evening (Tuesday).

The Steam Packet has advised that tonight's crossing from Douglas to Heysham will depart at the delayed time of 9:30PM.

The overnight return journey from Heysham will be postponed until 3:00AM.

Passengers are reminded to check in no later than 45 minutes prior to their departure time.
