Bakery attack frightens family

A family business in Ramsey is facing a repair bill after vandals smashed its door at the weekend – scaring the three children who live upstairs.

Simone Meadowcroft of the Busy Gluten-Free Kitchen on Parliament Street discovered the damage when she came down to open for business on Saturday morning.

She and her family live above the shop, and she says having both her livelihood and home attacked was deeply upsetting.

She’s now asking anybody who can help find the culprits to contact police:
