New smoking laws on the way

Lighting up with children in the car outlawed

Those caught smoking in cars with passenger under the age of 16 could soon face a £5,000 fine.

It's after Tynwald approved new legislation that comes in force on March 30th.

There had been concerns over the way the law would be policed.

But health minister Howard Quayle insists it's not just Tynwald members who are in favour of the move:
