Between 7:30pm and 9:00pm yesterday evening, Wednesday 24th February 2016, a parked vehicle has been struck in High View Road, Douglas causing damage to its offside front panel.
The offending vehicle has then driven off without leaving any details. It is likely given the damage caused that it would not have gone un-noticed by the vehicle driver that has collided with the parked car.
