Chance to get involved with group of your choice

A major effort to try and encourage people to do voluntary work takes place at Tynwald Mills today (Sat 5th)

It's the culmination of the annual Manx Volunteers Week which got underway on Monday.

Members from several voluntary organisations will be present to answer questions between 10am and 2pm at the Charity Marquee.

Alison Lester from the Volunteer Organising Committee says it's a great chance to get involved with a volunteer group of your choice:
