On Tuesday 15th March 2016 it was resolved "that Tynwald is of the opinion that the operation of the personal capability assessments should be referred to the Social Affairs Committee for examination and report by June 2016."

The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee now invites written submissions from anyone who would like to comment on this matter, noting that Committees may publish evidence.

Submissions should be sent by 12 noon on Friday 8th April 2016 to the address below. E-mail is preferred but hard copy is equally acceptable.

The members of the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee appointed by Tynwald are Mr David Cretney MLC (chair), the Hon Steve Rodan SHK and Mr Geoffrey Boot MHK.
