Rodan condemns 'blatant disregard' for rules

The Speaker of the House of Keys has issued a stern warning to members about standards of behaviour during Question Time.

Today's sitting (22 March) began with a statement from Steve Rodan, who said the rules governing conduct in the chamber were too often flouted.
