The Police are investigating a report of dangerous driving in the area of Alexander Drive and Devonshire Road which occurred about 10:00am on Tuesday 22 March 2016.
They are looking to identify any further witnesses to this matter, which involved the manner of driving of a black car with ‘R’ plates.
It is thought that a female jogger and also a wagon style vehicle were in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident.
