Chief Minister backs 'Remain' for EU vote

Chief Minister wants UK to stay

The Chief Minister has spoken out in favour of Britain  remaining in the EU.

As the campaign gets underway across Britain ahead of the 23 June referendum, Allan Bell has spent the week meeting with representatives from both sides of the debate.

He says the Manx government is preparing for both eventualities.

And whilst insisting the government does not have an official stance on the matter, Mr Bell said his personal views err on the side of caution:
