New CRHS could be seven years away

Essential work will take years

A new high school at Castle Rushen is essential - but could be up to seven years away from reality.

The Education Minister admitted as much whilst giving evidence to Tynwald's Social Affairs Policy Review Committee.

Tim Crookall said whilst he was delighted £50,000 had been earmarked for design fees to get the ball rolling, a new building was still some way off.
