Man helping police with enquiries

Richmond Hill is open to traffic again following an accident there earlier this morning (Sat).

It happened around 5am and is understood to have involved just one vehicle which ended up on its roof at the bottom of the hill.

Police and fire crews attended and officers say a 38 year old man was arrested near the scene and is helping with enquiries.

Both lanes of the road were blocked and it was closed for over four hours while investigations into the incident were carried out and the scene was cleared of debris.
