PAG also holding its AGM

Direct Democracy will be the subject of the latest Positive Action Group meeting on Monday evening.

Speaker James Hampton will explain the principles of the idea, and an experiment he's running to gauge local interest in the concept where members of the public can vote directly on any issue.

The PAG meeting is at 7.45pm at the Manx Legion Club on Market Hill.

It's free and is open to all.

PAG will hold its AGM immediately prior to the talk and discussion - all are welcome to attend but only members can vote.
