Claims committee is "a joke"

The MHK accused of being a bully says he has no regrets.

Douglas North member John Houghton’s behaviour has come under fire in a parliamentary committee report investigating his conduct.

He’s been found to have acted in an 'aggressive and threatening' manner when he became involved in a staff dispute in the Clerk of Tynwald’s office.

Mr Houghton strongly refutes the allegations.
