Mortgage experts on hand at North Shore show home this weekend

by isleofman.com 12th May 2016
Haven Homes is offering anyone who visits their show home on Saturday 14th May the opportunity to talk to mortgage experts from Lloyds Bank and sales agents from Black Grace Cowley.

Commenting on the open day, Dave Lewis, Managing Director of Haven Homes, said: “We understand that a house is the largest purchase most people make in their lifetime and we know the stress that can cause but it doesn’t have to. We are aiming to make it less so for our prospective purchasers.”

Tim Groves, Director at Black Grace Cowley, added: “The property market is definitely coming to life again. Properties are selling, but they have to be sensibly priced and presented in as good a condition as possible. The key to the market is simple; if a property is priced at market value, it will sell. If it isn’t then I’m afraid it is unlikely to find a buyer. Black Grace Cowley has agreed 22 sales in April, the majority of which are under ?350,000. So, this end of the market is gathering pace which is very encouraging.”

Come down to Haven Homes North Shore development in Ramsey on the 14th of May and speak to mortgage experts from Lloyds Bank and sales agents, Black Grace Cowley, who are on hand to answer any and all questions you may have about how to finance a purchase and buy your dream home.
