The Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for information following a report of fail to stop traffic collision that occurred at approximately 18:25 on Thursday 12 May 2016, near the roundabout for Shoprite, Victoria Road, Douglas.
A Black Toyota Yaris was seen to collide and damage the wing mirror of an old-style red Citroen and then drive off without stopping.
