President of Tynwald among first to give evidence

The President of Tynwald and Speaker of the House of Keys have been questioned about Tynwald reform.

Former clerk of the House of Commons, Lord Lisvane quizzed Clare Christian and Steve Rodan as part of an external enquiry into the functions of its branches.

Lord Lisvane says it marks the start of a lengthy process:
