New TT film will showcase sidecar races

3Wheeling to be shot at this year's event

First it was solo riders with TT3D: Closer to the Edge, then electric racing in Charge – and now a new movie is hoping to capture the spirit of the sidecars.

3Wheeling is a documentary film which will be shot during this year’s TT, following the fortunes of competitors such as 17-time winner Dave Molyneux.

The independent filmmakers will be out and about during this year’s festival, shooting behind the scenes as teams prepare to tackle the Mountain Course.

Santon producer Chris Beauman, originally from New York, says living on the Island will give the film a special insight:
