Long way round for globetrotting TT fans

Pals reflect on 20,000 mile journey

The TT attracts visitors from some far-flung corners of the world.

Many make long journeys to be here on the Island - but it's fair to say most of those journeys don't last six months, cover 20,000 miles, and cross 17 different countries.

Best pals Eddie Corlett and Colm Connelly have done just that.

They planned their world tour, taken in aid of refugee relief and the Irish Cancer Society, whilst working in Darwin, Australia.

And the rest is history - as Alex Bell found out when he met up with the duo who've made it from 'Darwin 2 Douglas':
