Mad Sunday message to stay safe

The police are doing their best to ensure road users' worst excesses are curbed today, Mad Sunday.

Marked and unmarked patrols are out and about, while speed checks are being conducted in several locations.

There is also Peel Day, events in Ramsey and this morning's Simon Andrews Legacy Lap to be aware of.

Inspector Derek Flint has this message for people to bear in mind:
