At about 10:30 on the morning of Sunday 5th June 2016 outside Newsbeat on Bucks Road, Douglas, an assault took place between three men which resulted in one man being punched, causing serious injuries to his face. An ambulance was called to the area following the man seeking help by entering Newsbeat. He has now received medical treatment.

Two men have been arrested in connection with this incident and are currently helping Police with their enquiries.
