The Douglas Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for information following a report of fail to stop traffic collision that occurred between 12:00 and 14:30 on Saturday 28th May 2016, at Tesco Car park, Douglas near to the family parking section. It is believed that a vehicle was seen by a member of the public, collide with, and damage, the front of a black Seat Leon before driving off without stopping.
