Cathedral to host Service of Celebration

A Service of Celebration is taking place this Sunday 12 June 2016 in honour of Her Majesty The Queen’s 90th birthday.

St German’s Cathedral in Peel is hosting the event, which starts at 3pm.

Members of the public are invited to attend and take part in the tribute to HM Queen Elizabeth who as Lord of Mann is the Island’s Head of State.

His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor Sir Richard Gozney will provide the opening remarks in appreciation of Her Majesty’s lifetime of service and the congregation will be joined in prayer by young people from schools around the Island.
