LGBT community remembers Florida victims

Vigil for those killed in nightclub atrocity

Members of the Island’s LGBT community gathered in Douglas last night to remember those who died in the weekend’s mass shooting in America.

A gunman opened fire inside a packed Florida nightclub, killing 49 people and injuring scores more.

The Manx Rainbow Association organised last night’s event in the sunken garden on Douglas Promenade.
